Yea, you read that right. We are in Casper, Wyoming, and the snow is coming down. Three inches on the ground already and forecasts of up to two feet over the weekend!
The kids are loving it. This is only the second time in their lives they have had the chance to play in snow... the last time was in January right after they got here.

Yellowstone National Park
Well, we are just getting ready to enter Yellowstone National Park. I have never been in Yellowstone before, so I am thrilled to have a chance to be here.
It is a beautiful day, and we are hoping to see plenty of wildlife and nice scenery. In a few days, you will be able to see and hear about our visit on our website at www.hearthunters.org. Check it out.

Mission Accomplished... Almost
Greetings from Oregon! Why the exclamation point? Because I have now been to every state in the continental United States... a long time goal. Well, actually, the goal is all 50, but I have a major part of it done. Just Alaska and Hawawii to go!

The Other Side of Washington
After spending quite a bit of time in the eastern part of this state, we are now on the other side of Washington... the Seattle area.
I had always heard that the Pacific Northwest was a beautiful part of the country, but I never knew it was this nice.
The western part of Washington is a lot greener than the other side, and the mountains are georgous. I can see Mt. Ranier, the top of which is covered with snow, from where I am sitting.

From Camp Twinlow in Idaho
Hey there,
Greetings from Rathdrun, Idaho. We are here are Camp Twinlow, a retreat center on the lake. Because our office could not get any bookings for us in the first half of this week, we are here for a few days just chillin' out. It's actually kind of fun. The kids have been playing and swimming and the adults have been just takin' it easy... sort of.
We did have a studio session in Spokane last night... I've gotta go back tonight to help do the final cuts. We recorded three songs... I Choose This Day, God's Word, and Lal Isu. They are the three songs from our current musical that are not on our CD. We hope to make them available through iTunes and possibly some other online sites soon.

The Northwest
Greetings from Post Falls, Idaho. Man, this area of the country is downright gorgeous. We spent a few days this week at Camp Bighorn in Plains, Montana... beautiful area surrounded by huge mountains. Even got to go rafting on the river that runs by the camp. From Plains we made the drive to Coeur D'Alene, Idaho... talk about some breathtaking scenery coming over those mountains with magnificent views of Lake Coeur D'Alene. Awesome stuff.

Back With The Group
Well... most of you probably didn't even know I left.
This past week, I went back to my home area of Lancaster, PA for the week to help out with an inner city VBS that I helped to start eight years ago. It was an amazing week, with over 100 teachers coming in from across the United States. Our total attendance for the week (kids) was 489! It was a wonderful week.
I met back up with the choir this morning in Helena, Montana. Western Montana is beautiful with all the big mountains, and the aspens are just starting to change colors.
